With automatic bar loading, you can set it and forget it. This saw will repeatedly produce quality parts for hours without intervention. Using spray mist instead of flood coolant increases blade life without making a mess or cleaning off cut parts. Self-adjusting steel clamps hold the material while the ball screw-driven saw head slices through the material. The Gripper Feed Carriage (GFC) hydraulicly clamps the bar and lifts it vertically and horizontally away from all fixed surfaces. Operators can be trained in minutes to run this saw using the innovative and simple HMI. The Set-Up Wizard walks through each job, so all that is needed is to input material information, what finished part is desired, and the saw will cut it.
